I have a 28" vent rib in shadow grass camo. I'm trying to find a trade for a 18.5" bbl. If I can't get a trade, what would be your opinion on cutting down the 28" bbl to 18.5"? Would it look silly with it being in camo?

Do you guys know if the magpul forend works on the 500? Their website only says 590/590A1. thinking about putting the tan stock and forend on it with the rest being camo.

A co-worker has a 28" New Haven 600at that he said me might trade. Said he would rather see that than chopping a camo barrel. So I still would have to cut it but it would be a standard blued barrel.

We traded today. His was a 28" bbl. Used a pipe cutter to make it 18.5".
Stopped at Academy to get some blueing. Found a Magpul forend.
