Nope. Sorry. But you can buy the kits (blade only) from woodcraft and make your own scales and sheath. They also have various woods for making scales. http://www.woodcraft.com/search2/search.aspx?query=knife kits

No problem. Btw, the kits come with little fasteners to attach the scales to the knife hilt. Throw them away. They're a PITA to install. Just use a 5 minute epoxy and rough up the glue surface of the hilt and scales with some 80 grit paper. If you use something like cocobolo or ebony, wipe down the scale with mineral spirits or denatured alky and let it dry a few minutes just before gluing to suck out the natural oils in the wood. The natural oils in most exotic woods don't play well with glue, including epoxy. When cutting the scales, make them slightly larger than the knife hilt and finish shaping after they're installed. I usually run hand sanding up to around 600 grit or more after shaping. A bench top belt sander and a selection of those small sanding drums you use with a drill press is very useful for shaping.

I make knives too, Gunny! I use any good scrap metal I can get my hands on. I bought a couple of vintage buzz saw blades that make excellent blades. Once in heat treat them, they usually come out around 59c.
