I'm hearing false alarm
President Obama had the speech all ready too! It's pre written. All he has to do is substitute in a few details and then call for changes to the gun laws that had nothing to do with the particular shooting.

Apparently Barry was being rushed in off of the golf course to deliver his anti gun speech when the "false alarm" call came back to his handlers. He made the speech anyway but substituted "golf club" for "gun show loophole fully automatic weapon of war". The media didn't notice and are calling for an end to "deadly assault clubs" and asking why it's easier to get a golf ball in rich neighborhoods than it is to get a vegetable.
