Re: Muzzleloading barrel? Been looking into these heard that they're a but on the heavy side though. That and the fact that you can pick up a nice used muzzle loader for the price of the barrel has me wondering what to do...:-|

Sight suggestions... Just recently picked up my first shotgun. A Mossberg 500 field/deer combo. Anyway was wanting to put some fiber optic sights on the 24" rifled slug barrel and wondered if anyone had anything they'd tried and liked? Thanks in advance for your advice.

Found Mossberg Owners while searching for advice on my Mossberg 500.

Just found the forum and thought I'd join. Just got my first gun, a Mossberg 500 with a field and rifled slug barrel, and figured this would be a great place to get advice and great ideas for my gun. Looking forward to checking around the site a little more.
