Sn3aKyGuY, Thanks a lot...real good answer. This old bolt gun was/is without a doubt the hardest recoil that I've experienced from a shotgun! I have an old 395 12ga BoltGun that I got for my 16th birthday in 1970. It was with my brother for years and have recently re-acquired it.
