Well as for the barrel, in Texas theres a store named Triangle shooting sports you can google it the owner is benny hill his a gunsmith ( really good btw) He might have some or he can have it modified for you. His number is 361-241-1091

Re: Barrel wall thickness size, on 930spx 3rd rev barrel? You do have the thicker barrel. The regular thin barrel is already discontinued. Let me check my notes and ill let you know the dimentions.

Re: Will a 500 forend fit on a 590A1? Well on the 500 since it has the pinned forearm you will not be able to interchange the parts. You would need to purchase a new action slide. Check if the Hogue forearm is fitted for a 6 3/4 or a 7 3/4.
