Added some leather trim

I need a little extra length of pull on the 464, so I decided to go with a leather pad instead of rubber......

....plus it adds a little more "western flare". I added another inch of spacer in the sleeve, so that does the trick. It's more comfy to shoot too!

BTW, I mentioned in a previous post I was moving the rear peep from forward of the breech to just aft, trying to zero the sights closer to 100 yds(rather than 50). It worked great.
 
I like what you've done to it. That is a nice looking rifle.

Now, I'm going to ask, how's it shoot?
 
The sight combination has made it a really good shooter. It will hit 8" steel plates at 100yds consistently, which is about as good as it gets for me, standing with a vertical hand rest. The added butt padding & length of pull is a bonus.
