Am I the only one...

Am I the only one that has a problem with Democrats traveling all over the world undermining our government and country. It has been John Kerry, Hillary, Biden, and now a congressional democrat party at the European Security Conference in Munich, Germany.

These people are going around the world undermining our president because they don't like his approach to foreign policy. The fact is HE has a foreign policy that puts the USA first.

I think the democrats doing this are nothing more than traitors.

I don't see the point of any senator globetrotting.

On either side, or for any reason.

Although I agree with you, I could see if a senator from a state travels to a country to help finalize a sale of products from his/her state to said country. This would be directly supporting his/her constituents...

I don't see why an elected rep should be selling anything to other countries. Or even discussing trade deals with other countries.

I have no problems with a business traveling to other countries to do business, but politicians have no place doing that.

I know, that's how how it works. It just adds another level of corruption that needlessly exists. And why elected politicians get so much money in their bank under the table getting kickbacks.

Many of the democrats are traitors. The Logan Act is supposed to punish American citizens that negotiate with foreign nations with proper approval. The fact that at least some haven't been charged with a crime is another in a long line of examples where the swamp protects their own. Trumps's transition appeared to violate the law also by contacting the Russians and asking them to veto a un resolution prior to being sworn in.

Any citizen of the United States, wherever he may be, who, without authority of the United States, directly or indirectly commences or carries on any correspondence or intercourse with any foreign government or any officer or agent thereof, with intent to influence the measures or conduct of any foreign government or of any officer or agent thereof, in relation to any disputes or controversies with the United States, or to defeat the measures of the United States, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both.

This section shall not abridge the right of a citizen to apply, himself or his agent, to any foreign government or the agents thereof for redress of any injury which he may have sustained from such government or any of its agents or subjects.

In a radio interview with Hugh Hewitt, former Secretary of State John Kerry admitted that he's been working behind-the-scenes to salvage the Iran nuclear deal. “What I have done is tried to elicit from him what Iran might be willing to do in order to change the dynamic in the Middle East for the better,” he explained. Kerry’s backchannel with Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammed Javad Zarif has not been a one-time deal. “I think I've seen him three or four times," Kerry said, and acknowledged that his talks were occurring without the Trump administration's approval.

Kerry has always been an arrogant and aloof man. During his long career on Capitol Hill, Senate colleagues on both sides of the aisle described him as the least-liked senator, an opinion repeatedly affirmed by his own office staff during his long career. He is disdainful of democracy. Simply put, he sees himself as above the law, deserving of privilege and special dispensation not only when he is in government, but also as a private citizen.
How was Kerry not indicted?

It's the magic of cash. The Great Unequalizer.

Leftist politicians long ago figured out how to make money by selling out the USA to foreigners. Obama sold us out, bought the Nobel peace prize with taxpayer cash, destabilized the western world, and still he acts like he's doing humanity a favor by breathing our air.

The media idiots admire his acting so much they all agree!

I wish them all a bad case of genital necrosis.

The reason they get away with it is the fact our little ones have been indoctrinated for so long now half of them, maybe more, think it is the way to go.

Oh my if could, get government out of business AND schools !!!!!!!

Absolutely correct. +1

The one thing Trump has done brillently is show how little the Dems and a lot of rinos care about USA and it's people.

The last SOTU was brillient. I hate this term but Trump has 'woke' a lot of people who voted for him in the last election and I hope it carries into 2020 and beyond. If the dems get power I fear we will never recover. I'm still not sure we can fully recover from the damage Obama and the swamp of despair have pulled America into.

If you listen to the Democrats you would think they really care, but their actions speak differently. It's all a power grab on their part. The way things are going we will be a third world country in a generation if we don't stop them at the voting booth.

As for Obama, I think he and his kind are still leading the resistance and organizing all of the protests. Not only here but abroad as well.

It's very interesting to me to watch AOC Chase Amazon out of Long Island.

We recently got a big Amazon center here, and it meant a lot of jobs for the local communities. My son-in-law works there. They pay very well compared to small businesses here.

Anyhow, the way to socialist Nirvana is not to demonize or chase off rich people and send out a cattle call for the poor.

That gets you a slum. I hear New York has them. They're very unpopular but it looks like many more people won't be crawling out of one by their own efforts.

I got a feeling this woman is destined to be a one-hit wonder. That's if they don't vote to recall her.

She has done a very good job of undermining New York City and America on the national stage, and between her, Omar, and Rashid, they should set the next Congress up for a democratic loss.

They all try to gain ground by entrapping other people in their snares, and then they stick their own foot in!

Ok, I'm going to rant because some of.this crap just keeps eating at me....

People tend to forget that just because a company gets tax breaks, it still benefits the community. It creates jobs, not just for said company but all the food, clothing, auto, services, etc. in the area. All of which generates taxes and income for everyone involved.

I agree that the proffits of some of these big companies is insane and they prob should be paying more, but we cant just ignore everything else. (That's another whole rant altogether)

AOC supposedly has a degree in economics. I don't, but I seem to know more than she does about it. She is another failure of our colleges that are more concerned about educating students in gender studies and the glorious benefits of socialism rather than teaching real world principles.

I went to ultra liberal UofM. Yet at the time I dont recall any one philosolhy or whatever being pushed down my throat. Now its all about politics and leading students in a particular direction rather than teaching them critical thinking and letting them come to their own conclusions. Colleges are supposed to train you to question and challenge ideas and philosophies, inspiring creativity and ingenuity, not indoctrinate you to a specific way of thinking. Whay do dems want everyone to go to clege for free?....they need more social justice warriors to beat the evil Trump and everything American!!!!

America is suffering because each subsequent layers in the continuing foundation keep getting weaker and weaker. We went from being men and women of stone and grit to toxic antimasculinity and some form or bizzare anti male feminism. Combined its destroying everything we have built to date.

I know I strayed a little off topic but it's all tied together and all just frustrates me to no end. The insanity of the 2 year old temper tantrums displayed by adults daily on the "news" combined with the pure insane levels of political correctness and forced "equality" and neverending crisis propagands is maddening.

Please, the pendulum needs to swing back and swing back quickly.

Ok I feel better now!

Time well spent. I enjoyed reading it, and do agree with it.

Me too. I'm just sick and tired of all of those that are trying to tear down what took 400 years to accomplish. You know what, if your great, great, great, great whatever were mistreated it wasn't my fault. For that matter I imagine somewhere, somehow, by someone my relatives were mistreated. I don't really have the time nor ambition to worry about that. I have to take care of myself and mine in the now, not hundreds of years ago.

As for the corporations, like it or not they are the ones that create jobs and pay dividends to those that invest in them. I have never had someone on welfare hire me to do a job. They would not take the tax incentives had it not been for politicians making the offers. It always grates on me to see different cities and towns making these offers of tax breaks, credits, and the such. But, if I were a CEO or on a board of directors the incentives would definitely warrant consideration, after all, the corporations have to make a profit to stay in business. Also, when you are talking a company that is going to hire 25,000 folks, well, that is money in the bank for the community.

I have never been a fan of the government telling a private company how much they should pay employees. I have had a couple of jobs I didn't think I was justly compensated, so I left and found a better paying job. No one ever blocked the door and said I could not leave.

I am pretty much retired now, but it the federal minimum wage was raised to $15/hr I would be looking. I guarantee I would make a better employee than most kids working in fast food places today. I would be there on time, and not complain about every little thing I didn't agree with. Hell, I'd even treat customers like they were important and like I appreciated them.

Oh, I would also turn off my phone when I was on the clock.

If I were a boss hiring for something, I assure you, if I thought you could do that job, you'd get it.

I think most of us here know exactly what you're saying.

When I was working at Charter Cable, when they sold out to another company, I had maxxed out my sick time at 180 hours because I called in a grand total of 3 times in 15 years.

Not including a couple of days when my youngest son was born, but I think that would be expected.

Sadly, I always lost out on my sick time that was accrued but never used.

If I could go back and do it again, After I got a couple weeks saved up, I'd use it every Friday or Monday every time I got a day like most everyone else did. That was a lot of money that I lost on that.
