BEC scope

Has anyone used a BEC scope? I picked up a 6x24 50mm at a garage sale. It was in the box, and did not appear to have been used. I figured that, for $20.00, I'd take a gamble. Any comments?

Not at all familiar with BEC but I’ll look it up.

Looks like they sell for about $100 new. Fairly standard looking illuminated scope.

I have had a couple of them. I'm not a fan.

1 of them, fogged up and leaked water leaving spots on the inside of the lens that couldn't be wiped off.

The other, bent upon recoil of a 223 and I got a refund.

Twice shy.
