Differences between 53693 & 51771?

I can see that one has a collapsible stock and the other fixed and one has a Ghost site on a rail and "AR-style front post sites". Is that all?

Looking at the Mossberg site and the catalog both have 9 shots, parkerized, heavy walled barrel, bayonet lug, railed fore end, ghost sites, all metal trigger, metal safety and are drilled and tapped. If I missed attributed a feature only one has please tell me.
 
The one with adjustable stock is Mossbergs standard ghost ring sight. The other, with the receiver rail is a bit of an upgrade and lists the sights as XS. XS sights are, as far as I know, tritium night sights or XS may call them day/night sights. I don't see anywhere that they make anything else.
