Eagle Pass Pilgrimage

This week I made the long trek down to Eagle Pass. Had a gorgeous drive thru the desert. Chatted with the Border Patrol for a while. These are good guys, real professionals and love America. Even got to take a picture of the fabled BP SVT Raptor.

From the outside Maverick Arms is like any other industrial plant. However, this is where the magic happens. I spoke with Joe Zakher for a few minutes and now understand why he is recommended so often. This forum has a great relationship with Mossberg and we're hoping to do more in the future.

Had no idea the BP had raptors. Those trucks are pigs, my buddy has one with the 6.2l engine, won't do any better then 13.5 mpg no matter what. Drives real nice though.
