Just when you've think you've heard it all.

A South Side alderman is asking for City Council hearings on an unorthodox gun control measure that would allow for GPS tracking of firearms.

Really???? This is his best solution. track the law abiding? It's no wonder nothing changes in the gun violence in Chicago with a "genious" like this. We'd be safer if they put a GPS on politicians and tracked their movements!
