As I understand it the 142 bolt is different than the 146 and I know the firing pins are different. The other 140 bolts are almost identical.

Most of the stuff i read says that if you need a new bolt for a rifle you are not safe just sliding in a new bolt. The new bolt needs to be factory fitted. I dont know if that means an actual factory fit, or if it means that a good gunsmith can do it. I would ask the factory.
