So I recently picked up a limb saver precision fit recoil pad (model # 10201). From reading numerous reviews online, this seemed to be the recoil pad that would fit my mossberg 590a1.
However, upon taking off the stock recoil pad and trying to install the limbsaver, I noticed that the limbsaver doesn't fit properly. With the new kit, there is a composite piece that is supposed to go on the inside of the actual recoil pad, that doesn't at all fit on my stock. As well, the screw holes don't match up.
Does anyone else, especially someone with the speedfeed stock, know if limbsaver makes a model that does fit? Is there an adapter plate that i need?
