Mandalay bay suing shooting survivors

It's pretty amazing....lawyers think that the government might protect MGM from lawsuits just because they hired a "certified" security firm.

Since the security was a flop I think that everyone should sue the certifying agency, which is Homeland Security.
 
Wow, that is just incomprehensible. Hopefully a judge will have his bailiff literally out of his courtroom.
