Scoop

.30-06
I got a copy of this notice from GunBroker.com
GunBroker.com will be implementing the new Marketplace Facilitator Internet Sales Tax regulations on January 1, 2021.
As a marketplace, GunBroker.com will be required to collect and remit sales tax on all sales according to the state law. State tax is calculated based on the ship to address of the order.
Thank you,
The Team at GunBroker.com

After searching around to find out what the MF IST was I found this site:

It may not make a great difference to you, but you should be aware of it if some of your vendors online are implementing it.

Doesn't surprise me. MI has a "Use Tax", you are told to report any untaxed online purchases so the State can then tax you.

It then turned into a law requiring any online retailer with a physical footprrint in the State to collexct tax.

Now it appears retailers with an "economic Nexus" has to charge tax.

Its all about the money, its what they control snd how they control the public.

They dont have to ban firearms and ammo, or anything else they don't want us to have access to, they just need to make it financially impossible for us to access it.
