Mobile concealed firearm detector/scanner reality in NY

More wasted money. If the idea is to actually catch people with illegal guns then you shouldn't publicize it. Test it discretely then deploy it. Now, anyone with a brain will figure out how to get around it and the government will tout how well it works at keeping the streets clear of guns.

DHS say they don't use mobile scanners. The technology is there...I would be surprised if they didn't take advantage of it.
