I have to 100atr.270 and I love it but the one complaint that I had in the past was that after about 6 or so rounds through it would not hold a good group because of the barrel getting hot but then they come out with 4x4 100atr and then they gave it the accu style trigger which my brother had on his marlin and I love that trigger so glad they have it on a mossberg now.now I just wished the would sell the barrel and the trigger from the 4x4 atr100 that you can put on an 100atr but I called them and the not make that trigger to fit a att100 nor do the do the fluted barrel so if you want those features u have to go buy a whole new gun good thing mossbergs are not that expensive but I love it

100ATR magazine write up

If anyone is on the fence about buying a 100ATR, the current Sept./Oct. 2012 issue of Petersens Publishing's Rifle Shooter magazine has a good review. They seemed to really like it other than the blast from the Barret 50 cal. looking muzzle brake. The article may appear on their website after the current edition is off the shelves later this year.

i have a mossberg 100 atr in a 30 06 and love it i only have a cheap bsa 3-9x32 i think. it is accurite i use mine as a deer gun and put my first deer down in one shot and she hit the dirt along with her boyfriend very nice gun
