New TN Mossberg owner

Bought my 464 SPX last weekend and I'm setting it up for deer hunting. After deer season, it's going to have a Surefire light to keep handy around the farm. I've never owned a Mossberg but shot many many tactical 500s. It's hard to believe that .30-30 rds are so hard to find.

Welcome aboard!

I'm in the Nashville area. Where are you in TN? We've got a great group of folks here on Mossberg Owners and the atmosphere is very laid back. The only thing we like better than discussing each other's guns is lookin at 'em, so we're lookin forward to pics of your new 464. Take a look around and feel free to post up pics of any other firearms you own in the various sub-forums. You'll find that we're into a lot more than just Mossberg around here. Jump in on the conversation anywhere and let us know if you have any questions.

Enjoy the site!

All ammo has been hard to find since last December when the Gov't was debating banning guns and ammunition and loading components. Even 22LR has been nearly impossible to find.

But back to the subject, glad you got the gun. I hope you do good hunting with it.

I spent a ton of time in NE Tennessee growing up from Harrogate to Morristown to Sevierville/Gatlinburg, and Knox county and have family in Maynardville. And around Norris and Cherokee lakes.

I would like to buy some property in that area.

Howdy and welcome to the club. :D
Thank you for taking the time to introduce yourself. Please, feel free to chime in on any conversation, anywhere, and let us know if you have any questions. We hope you enjoy it here with our laid back, relaxed approach at Mossberg Owners.
And remember....
We're here to help, not hinder. ;)
