Yes, disturbing at the very least. But it remains to be seen whether the soldiers given that order by the generals would follow through. There is a requirement, both moral and ethical, not to follow orders if they are flat out wrong and illegal as firing on Americans would be.
But why do you think FEMA is stockpiling plastic coffins and building relocation/detention centers around the country?
China has already purchased large shares in several energy companies as well as large tracts of land. maybe I shouldn't say purchased but given in return for the "loans" they continue to give Obama.

Ah yes, the beginning signs of a despot. The pieces are beginning to fit together, FEMA camps, NDAA indefinite detention, DHS new definitions for terror suspects, huge purchases of ammo to be used in country and on and on...
