Preemption for the win. I like that they got rid of it right away.

In PA, local municipalities have been known to make their own gun laws and not enforce them. If nobody is charged then no one can challenge the legality of the law and the law stays in the books. It really sucks and the anti's actually claim the laws as a victory.
