purchasing a 20g stock? need some help

The factory butt stock on my Mossberg 500 20g got broken on a hunting trip a few weeks back. I've been looking around quite a bit for athe new one with no luck, I was wondering if anyone knew where I could get another factory buttsstock for lower than 40$. Thank you.

If a 12g butt stock would fit that would be great to know

sorry to hear about the broken stock. yes the 12ga will fit. it will have a small lip where it meets the receiver other than that you won't have a problem.

Thank you I didn't want to learn they have different bolt lengths or sizes the hard way

Boyds Gun Stocks makes one specifically for the 20G.

You an get a plastic one, and possibly others, from Havlin Sales.

I have a couple of different stocks (and pistol grips). All of them have fit both Maverick 12 gauge models and my 20 gauge 500. Take care. Tom Worthington.
