I absolutely agree. Trump should take care of this in his second term.
The federal communications commission is being abused by communists. They need to hobble it, and start a new office to handle broadcasters. One not overrun with government bureaucrat communists.
But it’s not enough to show contempt or bias, or apparently even near-treason. The DOJ needs real evidence of malicious intent: The intent to harm the government of the United States through insurrection Or the intent to harm specific innocent people for nefarious reasons political.
