Replacing rifle sights

I have the 20 inch barrel w/ rifle sights on my 500A and want to know if I can replace the front sight (and possibly rear) with night sights. Which sights would you recommend?

Is your rear sight threaded on to the barrel or is it set in a dovetail?

I think they are taped, drilled and screwed in place. The sights themselves, hypothetically, should be on dovetail ramps and held in place with a set screw. Williams makes sights to replace the actually sights but not the bases. Some other manufacturers do to but I can't name them off the top of my head.

The sights are both set in dovetail. It looks like the Williams FireSights would indeed work. But they appear to only be fiber optic.

Anyone know of any with tritium?
