I have the Maverick 88 and I love it, I've put about 400 rounds through it but I noticed the other day something that scares me, I see a crack in the receiver part of the chamber, I have a Pic to show. Is this the end of my lowly Maverick? I sure hope not please help and thanks

I can't tell a lot about the photo, however, it does look like a crack to me. I suggest you contact the warranty dept and let them check it out.

I did buy it used, but it didn't have the crack when I bought it, I sure of that

Thanks for the welcomes everyone, just an update, I have sent it into mossberg in TX and they are looking into the problem, thanks for the help again! I will keep you posted.
