This is definitely a win for America. Up for public comment. At least it's a step in the right direction.
Several years ago, obama made an EO that heavily restricted gunsmiths who did more than paint a gun.
Trump rolled that way back and now folks who do work for themselves in their garage, or even others who do it professionally are not going to have felonies over their heads for not paying the $2200 a year extortion fee by obamas pen.
It's still going to stand for certain other things, like full autos and silencers unfortunately. I believe that a company should not have to register unless they are EXPORTING weapons INTERNATIONALLY as the title would imply.
