unloading issue

I have 2x recent 500's and handled numerous others and every one I've used do the same thing. Completely normal.

ok, folks, I have done all the mods done here after having continued issues. what a difference ! now its a pleasure to operate the 500.

It looks like the 590A1 has a more pronounced lip with a hump than my other Mossbergs. The rim of the shells hang up when loading and unloading.

All Mossberg elevators are the same basic design and therefore have the same basic problems. However Mossberg recently changed the die for the elevators. The new ones are at least as bad as the others. These new elevators are a big reason we developed the solution seen in the above link.
