VA announces rollout and application process for new Veterans ID Card

I had a great conversation with one of the reps at the VA phone number who tried to walk me through the process. He had incredible patience and a great sense of humor. His name was Reggie and he was also a vet. He even signed into his own personal account to see what happened. Top shelf customer service. :) No, he/we didn't get me an ID card, but I feel as though I'll eventually get through the process. Take care. Tom Worthington
