Anyone send their barrel out for vang comp mods?

Not necessary now with the federal flight control wads. I believe @Rossignol did some vids on this.

I do think it helps with recoil. The porting does interfere with FliteControl though it does help with more traditional loads. Recoil management can be learned through practice.

I think your money would be better spent on ammo and practice if I’m being honest. If anything, I’d rather have a barrel threaded for choke tubes and the ability to swap them out. But we’re talking about the shockwave so I’d buy lots of FliteControl and go shoot. A lot.
