    4x4/Patriot 300WM/7mm/338WM Max Cartridge Length

    Looking at picking up a 4x4 300 WinMag from a buddy and am interested to see how long you can load handloads before they won't fit/cycle in the polymer magazine. I know 3.340 is SAAMI spec, but many rifles have no trouble cycling longer loads. Does anyone have any experience with this?
