Can anyone tell me if they make a stock for the 835 that is adjustable for length of pull and comb height? I have seen stocks that say they fit the 500 and the 835, are all stocks for the 500 compatible?

Has mossberg ever sold a Maverick 88 version that was just a mossberg 500 receiver with Maverick furniture? This is what was in the box they sold me. Was this a mistake? I just thought that's how they made the Maverick until I saw youtube videos about them.
