Our contact form has been getting trapped in our own spam filters lately, usually when it has an invalid 'from' email address or there is a duplicate of the message from a double-click on the send. It also is more likely to send the contact form entry to spam if there are multiples from the same email address. This is unfortunate, because those most desperate to get in contact often end up in the spam folder as a result.
Rest assured, we are still shipping hundreds of parts out every month and doing our best to keep up with our email situation. We are looking to revamp our contact options and better route our email to keep the important stuff from being filtered. In the meantime, we do check our PMs here and are typically notified when we get one.
