Bolt Scratching Problem...Need Help!

Hey guy's I just bought my new Mossberg M590A1 Tactical 2 day's ago, Ive been practicing racking the shotgun unloaded. Then i started to notice the scratching started to occur, Is this normal? and is it safe to fire doing that? Please let me know ASAP. Here is the link:

Well, don't take this wrong but it's a gun. Shoot it. It is going to get scratches. Anything you use is going to do that. Wear patterns are normal. Your pattern isn't a problem.
More importantly, why is the rear sight on backwards?
For reference, here are two shotguns, and some wear that I've inflicted.

Ok, im just new to this firearm and not in tuned about it. And for the Ghost Rings being backwards I actually have a more comfortable sight with it, and gives it a wee-bit more tactical look.
