If I may ask, how does your can compare to commercial cans in terms of sound reduction?

I've enjoyed this thread. Nice work. Of course one can only dream in California.

I don't have a db meter so I can only judge by my ears.

I also don't have any buddies who own commercial 30 caliber cans either, so while I think it's better than some based on what I can tell watching other video's, I honestly can't determine that.

I can say that I'm very pleased with how it turned out. Basing what I hear on video while compared to other videos, I think I have most of them beat.

Here's a little video that I appreciated his honesty. Mine is a lot more quiet than this, and definitely hearing safe.
