FIRST THREAD- fluff and buff

Welcome aboard.

The reason you can't find any fluff and buff info is because these shotguns are hammers, not scalpels, and the design tolerances are loose enough that no fluff and buff is necessary. They are tight when new because of all of the factory grease and grime. Clean it, lube it, shoot it, then shoot it some more. After you've put a couple hundred rounds through it's good to go and will be one of the most durable and reliable weapons you'll ever own...

Give it a detailed initial cleaning... then shoot it... A LOT. The action and parts will wear into each other and it will be like butter.

Ah! Makes sense... First shotgun. I come from auto pistol world where everything needs to be gleeming.

And thanks guys, so excited to take this out to the range...been looking at one of these for a while. Putting on my no name 6 point stock and shot shell carrier today.
