No, I didn't bag 'em. One of our local relatives shot about 4 dozen yesterday, and brought half of them over to us. She's one of the best dove hunters I've ever seen. Rarely misses.
I used to do a lot of grouse hunting, but their population has been on a steady decline since the state intervened that I have only seen 1 grouse in the last 7 years.

Sometimes we'll wrap them with a bacon strip for the grill. This time my wife pan fried a few w/ gravy and biscuits. A couple tomatoes out of the garden on the side. Nothing fancy.
Actually, this was a little low body count for Trish (the bird hunter cousin). A couple years ago she got nearly 100 in one day.
