Got my girlfriend Western Auto Revelation 16 ga pump today.

Lol... She takes good care of me.... I just reminded her that I bought her the 16 & showed her the price of a NEW 88 & 500 with a 28 & 18.5 barrel, & she agreed that both guns were a good deal, & the fun factor ,not to mention defensive purposes....
 
One of the things I've done a few times in the past is I buy her something. When I start shopping for a gun I usually know exactly what I'm looking for. Once I decide I'm going to buy a gun, I go get my wife a Coach purse. Then when I come home with a new pistol a few days later and she hit's me with a "did we really need to spend that on ANOTHER gun?" Without missin' a beat I reply, "you weren't sayin' that when you got that $600 purse!" That usually fixes that;)
