Ok guys I'm looking to buy a 590A1 but I'm dazed and confused when it comes to the item numbers. Either Mossberg has their information wrong or about 20+ websites off a Google search are wrong. I want a 9 shot/20" barrel.
Question one: The two guns I'm trying to decide between are the 51670 and 53693. Here's the problem though...when I goto Mossberg.com it says that the 53693 is a 6 shot/18.5 barrel. But if I Google the 53693 EVERY site that either sells them or offers specs says it's a 9 shot/20" barrel. So who's right? Mossberg or the other sites??? I'd much rather have the tactical tri-rail (53693) but if it's only a 6 shot then I'll got with the 51670. Thanks for the help!
Question two: Mossberg.com says the 51670 (9 shot/20") has an OAL of 37.625 and the 53693 has an OAL of 36.125. If they're both 9 shot/20" then this confuses me.
EDIT: Just incase my post was confusing I'm just wanting to know if the 53693 is either 6 shot or 9 shot and either 18" or 20" barrel. And the difference in the OAL between the two.
