How to shorten a barrel and stock

good video on the stock cutting.

as far as a power saw i used a miter saw.
important to use a fine blade. i had a 100 tooth. using this blade,and taping up the stock good and you won't have any chips in the wood finish.

i kept the factory zero pitch. just measure evenly from the back of the stock.

i also did it in two cuts,measuring again after the first cut.

i put a slip on limbsaver on after cutting so i wasen't worried about the screw holes for the old recoil pad.
