The family, including the two Boston bombers, benefited from welfare to the tune of $100,000 over 10 years. So here we have $10,000 per year going to a family that are not citizens and in fact hate us. It came out this week that our own government has been advertising food stamps in Mexico for future illegals. When I think of what my family did without for those 10 years so we could live within our means it really makes me sick. Our country is broke. We borrow money to give it away to people and countries that hate us. Who does that? I am getting sick and tired of working my butt off to pay for this b.s. and having less for my family than 20 years ago. I know it will not change until something catastrophic happens to our nation. Until then I guess I'm blowing off steam and pissing in the wind. Thanks for listening.
The Tsarnaev family, including the suspected terrorists and their parents, benefited from more than $100,000 in taxpayer-funded assistance — a bonanza ranging from cash and food stamps to Section 8 housing from 2002 to 2012, the Herald has learned.
“The breadth of the benefits the family was receiving was stunning,” said a person with knowledge of documents handed over to a legislative committee today.
The state has handed over more than 500 documents to the 11-member House Post Audit and Oversight Committee, which today met for the first time and plans to call in officials from the Department of Transitional Assistance to testify
