I took a jake last friday here in NJ. I had 6-7 gobblers come off the roost around me and this is what I was able to call in along with 7 hens. My cuz and I were upstate ny last sun - wed and it poured on us every day and there wasnt a gobble heard!

Congrats!!!

I missed last weekend as I was at my cabin making needed repairs. This coming weekend will be my first chance to get out. My buddy nailed one with a crossbow on the same field I hunt a week ago. I got the late season this year so I hope I fare as well

Thanks Ripjack been working like mad renovating my new house, but there is always time to take the boom stick out for some fun in the woods!! And it will be yummy soon, it is destined for turkey pot pie!
