I found mine on gun broker. I paid 50.00 plus shipping for mine. They are out there, but kind of hard to find

:lol: Ill give ya that its odd, and when I first saw it I didn't care for it. But i kept wantin to see it on a Mossy.

I like the sling point in the stock for a web sling, and I like the ability to adjust the comb on a "traditional" stock, well without buyin a custom gun.

But you know, I'm cool with bein weird.

I really liked seeing the magpul furniture in person. I honestly do not have anything bad to say about it other than I can't buy it just yet.

Ever tap a Hogue stock for Picatinny?

Hello all,

New guy here. Have been shootin my Mossberg 500 for a while now. Have a question, i like the Hogue Olive Drab Stock alot. But i would like to know that in the future i can attach some picatinny rail on the bottom of it for a light or such. Anyone ever drill and tap holes into a Hogue Stock for rail?

Tell me what you think, or post pics of it done please! :mrgreen:

Are you talking about the (Butt) Stock or the Forend (Pump/Slide Action)?
I cannot see a reason to put a light on the butt stock, but weirder stuff has been done before haha

Better check your local laws first. Don’t see a reason it can’t be done other then local laws, but I would just drill holes and use a low profile nut at the end of the bolt holding on the rail because those plastic threads are going to strip when you start butt stroking zombies
