Mossberg 802 plinkster replacement parts

I've got an 802 that I love, not as much as my Savage Mark ii but I do love it, except for the trigger. I'd like to do some work on the trigger but in the model I have Mossberg seems to have gone out of their way to make this a difficult task. I can work around that but before starting I'd like to get some spares for most of the trigger group. However in the manual Mossberg states they only sell most of what I want to certified gunsmiths. I've been doing almost all of my own gunsmithing for years but I am self taught.
Does anyone know if Mossberg actaully enforces this ridiculous rule?

Well got an answer from Mossberg on this question, any parts they list as restricted they will not sell and that pretty much covers all of the 802 parts. I'll be dumping the 802 and sticking with Savage which I prefer anyway. Will never go near another Mossberg again.
