Copper BB
Hey guys, I'm new to the forum and I'm also new to my Mossbert 835 shotgun. I recently purchased the gun with a Knoxx stock, and an Ulti-Mag 3.5" chambered smooth-bore barrel. Before I bought it, the owner sawed the 28" barrel down to the legal federal limit of 18". My question is if I can shoot rifled slugs from the gun. It says on the side "not for use with slugs"; however, the barrel has been cut down 10". Is the choke usually only located in the last few inches of the barrel, or in the entire barrel tapered? Will I be able to shoot rifled slugs or will this be a safety hazard?
Here are the specs:

28" "Accu-Mag" choke
