Just a comment on the feeding issue. When I got my 151M-B it also had feeding issues. What I found with mine was when the spring tube was in the magazine it would not function. The spring worked fine when out and tested. After some hair pulling (harder to do when you have a crew cut) and finding it stick once or twice out of the magazine I stripped it down and cleaned it up. Now works fine.
