I got a copy of their new catalog ,it's like 98 pages. First thing I noticed is the number of like guns listed. I can't see the real need for so many almost identical models. This has to be a manufacturing nightmare.. I'm hardcore Mossberg ,but I felt overkill going thru their new catalog. Anyone have thoughts on it? ~~MM~~
 
I think it's overkill too...it's like they are trying to please everyone. But with that said, we all know how the rest of the saying goes...
 
Not to mention it doesn't leave much for us to do when "they already have almost what I wanted."
 
It spreads their resources all that more thin, rather than concentrating on what's needed. And improving CS and QC. ~~Anyone who has dealt with them know their CS dept. is in need of improvement.~~MM~~

When the 1968 gun control Act came about they started to diversify .thinking maybe just guns would not be enough to sustain the business.
