Back when I was young and traveling the world for Uncle Sam, I hauled around some extra baggage for diving in exotic locales. The only thing I have left of that is a Dacor dive knife that I re-purposed for general use quite a few years ago. These days it mostly gets used in the veggie garden. Good for that, since the blade is 1/4" thick 6" long stainless steel, and doesn't mind digging in the dirt.
