Remington Accutip 12 Gauge Sabot Slug

Anyone tried those and do they require riffling ??? I know there are some chokes that are riffled... But do they need it...

sabots dont require riffling but without riffling you dont get the benifit of a sabot

A sabot without rifling will just sort of tumble through the air.

so even without riffling we can still get some kind of accuracy out of it ???
