Scope base torque spec?

What is the torque spec for the scope base screws? I just assembled my turkey rig, but there was no torque spec with the base. Any help is appreciated.

Here is a picture of the gun. I need to disassemble, clean and paint before reassembly.

The best answer I know comes from the Wheeler Fat Wrench manual:

I hadn't looked there. My concern is the disparity in the material properties. The screws are steel and torquing them into aluminum bothers me.
