I found this article today, but it was originally posted two days ago. BEFORE recent tragic events.

pure 2nd Amendment vs some degree of common sense.
On the one hand, I believe in the absolute nature of "shall not be infringed" in the 2nd Amendment.
On the other, I see a real benefit in keeping criminals (current and former) from buying weapons.
we sell cars to people who have been convicted of vehicular manslaughter etc. we sell booze to career DUI offenders. they can even carry it concealed. in fact it is almost encouraged. If for either case there is some sort of judgement ruling that they cannot possess a vehicle or alcohol, they certainly continue to get access and nothing is really done to improve that existing system.
I can go and buy a car with cash and nothing else. I can buy booze (looking as I do) with no ID check unless it is just by individual store policy to check everyone. Why, even illegal immigrants can own a flight school and learn to fly. http://cnsnews.com/news/article/tsa-let-25-illegal-aliens-attend-flight-school-owned-illegal-alien
what do you folks think might be the realistic repercussions of such a market as "The Armory" or even its parent market "The Silk Road"?
